Heeros Link application has several roles in electronic financial management, co-operating with Circula, Venda, Syncra and Identa Gold applications. The use of Heeros Link always requires Own office main user rights. - Transmits e-invoices (purchase and sales invoices). - Transmits Circula payment data and bank response information. - Collects machine-readable bank statements. - Transmits payment notifications of Venda’s sales invoices. - Collects machine readable reference material. - Transmits documents that are directed to archive with Syncra. - Transmits sales invoices that are directed to customers with Syncra. - Transmits invoices, which are scanned/recognized with Identa Gold, to Circulas. - Co-operates with external systems.
