A new user is created for the auditor in Menu > User management. The user needs at least basic user access to Archive. Rights to Accounting and Purchase Invoices may also be needed.

Archive
An auditor can be granted either basic user rights or administrator rights to the Archive.
If the Archive's document archive does not contain any documents that the auditor should not see, the auditor can be granted administrator rights. However, note that with administrator rights, it is possible to modify documents and the Archive's settings.
If you do not want to grant the auditor administrator rights to the Archive, grant the user basic user rights and then order auditor rights for the user from Heeros Support. Note! Please place the order well in advance.
With auditor rights, the user can see all files in the Invoice Archive, such as purchase, travel, and sales invoices, attachments to accounting notes, and bank statements. By default, a basic Archive user (including those with auditor rights) has read and edit rights to the document archive. Read and edit rights can be restricted from the user, and this is done by the client. Read more about updating read and edit rights in the Archive's document archive here. NOTE! If the user needs to drill down to a note through an archived general or sub-ledger, they also need basic user rights for Purchase Invoices.
In the Archive, the auditor can mark the vouchers they have reviewed as reviewed. Read more about the audit function here.
Accounting
For bookkeeping, the auditor is granted browsing rights.
With browsing rights, the auditor can see all transactions in the bookkeeping and can create reports, but they cannot modify any information.
Purchase Invoicing
You can read about the purchase invoice rights here.
