Purchase invoice permissions
The own office level admin manages all companies in the Menu with administrator rights, and no company in the Menu can be excluded from the rights.
- Can view all invoices and redirect them to other individuals
- Can create new purchase invoices (Notes) and travel expenses
- Can read, allocate, and review/approve invoices
- Can track the status of open and paid invoices in Purchase Ledger-Purchase Invoices
- Can create payment batches and manual payments in Purchase Ledger-Purchase Invoices
- Can manually return an unallocated payment back to open or mark it as paid
- Can transfer invoices to external systems (accounting, payroll, and purchase ledger)
- Can change invoice voucher types/numbers
- Can archive invoices to the Archive
- Can make changes to settings and registers of companies in the Menu
- Can delete unapproved invoices and restore a deleted invoice back to Purchase Invoices
- Can delete payments in Purchase Ledger-Purchase Invoices
- Can generate various reports.
Archive permissions
Own office main user has full authorization and rights to operate in the Archive for vouchers and documents. There are no limitations to the permissions.
- All purchase, travel, and sales invoices
- All account statements
- All documents
Sales invoice permissions
Own office level admin - Archive office level admin manages all companies in the Menu with administrator rights, and no company in the Menu can be excluded from the rights.
- Can create, edit, and delete invoices
- Can send invoices
- Can transfer invoices to sales ledger/accounting
- Can modify all settings.

Accounting permissions
The own office level admin manages all companies in the Menu with administrator rights, and no company in the Menu can be excluded from the rights.
- Can view all accounting transactions and can modify, delete, and create new ones
- Can print reports and archive them to the Archive
- Can perform VAT calculations and fill in tax returns and send them directly from the program to the tax authorities
- Can allocate TITO bank statements
- Can use the accounting sales ledger
- Can make changes to settings of companies in the Menu
- Access to accounts and registers
- Can modify accounting reports and their row and column specifications
- Can view the data of accounting reports in the Income Register service
Salary permissions
A main user at the Menu or own office level manages all companies in the Menu with main user permissions, and no company in the Menu can be excluded from these permissions.
- Can view all payroll data
- Can process payroll data
- Can track the stages of payroll data from the Heeros bank's payment batch list and Heeros Link's Payment Batch view
- Can track feedback on payroll data from banks in Heeros Link
- Can retrieve tax card information via the Tax API
- Can send income register information.
A basic user at the Menu or own office main user manages all customers in the Menu with basic user permissions, and no company in the Menu can be excluded from these permissions.

Banking functionality permissions
A main user at the Menu or own office main user manages all companies in the Menu with main user permissions, and no company in the Menu can be excluded from these permissions. For cash payments, the relevant permissions must be given for Purchase Invoices and/or Archive.
- Can view all cash payments
- Can process cash payments
- Can track the stages of cash payments from the Heeros bank's payment batch list and Heeros Link's Payment Batch view
- Can track feedback on cash payments from banks in Heeros Link
- Can make balance and transaction inquiries (must have a bank agreement)
- Can browse and download reference materials
- Can send SEPA-payments
Link permissions
Using Heeros Link requires, by default, main user permissions at the Menu or own office main user for either Purchase Invoices, Archive, or Heeros Bank. With these permissions, all companies in the Menu are managed with main user permissions, and no company in the Menu can be excluded from these permissions. These permissions are defined in the Menu's User Management.
Note! Own office main user permissions for Heeros Link can be completely denied for a user at the Menu or own office main user if necessary. In such cases, please contact Heeros application support.
