Office-level Main user
- orders an e-invoice address
- makes agreements with banks for reference data retrieval
- creates a new customer in the menu, who will use Sales Invoices or adds Sales Invoices to an already existing customer
- if necessary, selects Sales Receivables for the customer to use
- defines Sales Invoices settings
- creates new users and/or grants existing users access to Sales Invoices
E-invoice address
A company using Sales Invoices must order e-invoice connections for sending electronic sales invoices. The e-invoice address must be valid before sending electronic e-invoices.
The superuser orders the e-invoice address for the company to be established using the e-invoice order form in the Help Center and sends information to suppliers about the transition to e-invoicing (sample letter in the Help Center Materials section). Liaison Technologies Oy will deliver the e-invoice address within 1-5 days.
Bank agreements
If a company uses Sales Receivables-Sales Invoices, the accounting firm must open bank agreements related to the reference data with the banks before implementation. The payment transaction agreement requires that the Web Services channel is also open between Heeros Link and the respective bank.
