Incoming Syncra
When data is sent via Syncra, the data received in Link can be seen in the Data Queues – Incoming Syncra view. Note! The view does not require any actions and it clears automatically at night.
Syncra errors
The Data Queues – Syncra errors – view shows the data received in Link from Syncra that has encountered an error. In this case, the sales invoice could not be forwarded to the recipient or to the Archive document archive. In the event of an error, Link sends a message to the email addresses defined in the settings.
Your office-level main user can delete the data that has encountered an error if necessary.
- Go to the Data Queues – Syncra errors – view
- Select the data to be deleted by clicking the checkbox of the row to be deleted
- Delete the data using the Delete– button
- Confirm the deletion of the selected invoices and provide a reason for the deletion. Note! Only one explanation is required for the simultaneous deletion of multiple invoices.
- Complete the deletion by clicking the Continue button. The Cancel button will interrupt the deletion of the invoices.
After deletion, you can resend the data from Syncra to Heeros Link if necessary. It is also possible to restore the data removed from the data queue back to Heeros Link if needed. Read more about data restoration here.
