As of July 2014, companies and households must report construction work exceeding 15,000 euros, including contract and employee details, on a project-by-project basis to the Tax Administration. Purchase invoices have implemented project-specific tracking through optional accounting objects (project key and project number).
Actions/Changes:
- The construction service sector feature is ordered for use from Heeros application support
- The implementation of the construction service sector is done in Heeros Menu
- Definitions of project key/project numbers for Purchase Invoices (Settings – General – Accounting and Registers – Accounting Objects).
- Reporting by project key/work number
Project key reporting can be done monthly to a csv or finvoice file.
Project Key report is generated from a single project key. Enter the project key number.

Report Generation
Show – prints the report to the screen.
PDF – prints the report to a PDF file.
CSV – prints the report to a CSV file.
FINVOICE – prints the report of selected invoices to a finvoice file and marks the invoices as transferred.
Mark as transferred – marks the selected invoices on the report as transferred.
This marking can be utilized, for example, when invoices are manually exported to a third-party system (e.g., Tax Authority) and the transfer date needs to be recorded for the invoices.
Client Liability (Tilaajavastuu) – prints the client liability report to a csv file, which can be further transferred to the Client Liability portal. This functionality also marks the invoices as transferred.
For the selected invoices on the report that have a transfer mark, a transfer file for client liability can be created again despite the marking. Note! Users are required to be precise in selecting invoices to ensure that the correct invoices are transferred to the transfer file. If a user attempts to delete the accounting line of an invoice that has been marked as transferred, the user will receive the following warning:
Transfer reports for Client Liability and Finvoice will be generated, which include the transfer file as an attachment.
