This article explains how to edit and how to delete customer data.
Editing customer data
- Select Customers - All customers
- From the list, select the customer whose details you want to edit by double-clicking on the row
- The customer's details will open in a window for editing
- Make the necessary changes
- Save the changes by clicking on the Save button.
NOTE! No changes should be made to the customer's details, such as name or ID, if the customer has invoices pending.
Deactivating a customer
A customer can be deactivated by selecting the desired customer and pressing the Deactivate button.
If the user wants to see or use the customer again, this can be done by selecting Filters and selecting Deactivated, then selecting the deactivated customer and reactivating it using the Activate button.
By changing the filter settings of the list, only active products (Activated) can be shown on the list again.
