When the solution has been implemented and there is a need to create a new customer, the easiest way to do so is through the guided customer creation process. The invoice interpretation and posting solution is selected as the application to be set up for the new customer, and it is based on the invoice recycling solution. During the setup, an automatic email address for receiving invoices is generated based on the company name. The created email address is provided in the confirmation email sent after the customer creation process is completed. Once the confirmation is received, the solution is ready for use by the new customer.
If a new customer is created in the Menu, the invoice recycling solution must first be set up with its settings and registers defined in order to create the customer in the invoice interpretation and posting solution. In this case, the customer creation for the invoice interpretation and posting solution is requested through a service request to Heeros Application Support. During the setup, an email address for receiving invoices is generated based on the company name. The created email address is provided in the service request after the creation process is completed, and then the solution is ready for use by the new customer.
