To access the Help Center, click on the Instructions or Support button in the top menu of the Heeros applications.
To access the chat, click on the bottom right corner of the screen in our Help Center
- Through the chat, you can search for solutions or instructions for using Heeros, or if your issue is not resolved, you can conveniently submit a service request through the chat. You can also provide development suggestions through the chat.
- If your issue concerns eSalary or Ontime time tracking, you can request a customer service representative to join the chat. Customer service representatives are available during chat opening hours. Outside of those hours, our chatbot will assist you.
