The Heeros mobile application contains all the necessary basic financial management functions, which are designed to meet the needs of basic users. The application allows you to check and pay purchase invoices, save receipts in electronic format, and create travel and sales invoices conveniently with your smartphone.

Implementation and login

The mobile application can be downloaded from the application store. Logging in is done with a Heeros ID. The use of Heeros Mobile requires a Heeros ID and the right to use the mobile application. New Heeros Mobile users must ensure the possibility to use mobile from their accounting office or Heeros main user.

Purchase invoice functions in Mobile

Heeros Mobile offers several functions for processing purchase invoices:

• reviewing, approving, and paying invoices as part of the verification process
• commenting on invoices
• tracking invoices

eReceipt in Mobile

eReceipt functions available in the mobile app include:

• creating, modifying, and deleting e-receipts (which can be in image or PDF format)
• sending eReceipts to the eReceipt archive

Travel invoice functions available in the mobile app include:

• creating and sending travel invoices
• modifying or deleting them in the first stage of the approval cycle
• taking a photo of a receipt and adding attachments by using the mobile camera
