Reference materials can be accessed from the Heeros Bank homepage by clicking the Reference Material button.
Review of materials
Reference materials can be reviewed either at the material or payment level. In the Arrived references view, reference materials can also be saved for example for transferring to accounts receivable. Read more about the function here.
Opening the event list
By clicking on the desired reference material row, you can open the payment list of that reference material, from which you can view individual reference payments.
Closing the event view
The Reference events view can be closed by clicking the cross in the upper left corner.
Filtering Functions
In the Arrived references view, there is a filtering function that allows you to search for individual reference payments. The filtering criteria include: bank group, recipient's account number, payer's name, bank archiving ID, reference number, posting date, and payment date. The Reset Filters button can be used to clear the applied filters, and the eye icon can be used to hide the filtering fields.
