There are some exceptions in the rights granted to the user, where access to the application comes through another application. Below are such cases listed.
The user captures and saves receipts with a mobile phone (eReceipt) | Basic user of the archive |
The user attaches their own eReceipt receipts to purchase invoices | Basic user of the archive and Purchase Invoices |
The user attaches others' eReceipt receipts to purchase invoices | Basic user of Purchase Invoices, Main user of the archive |
The user pays salaries from the eSalaries program |
If the user does not need access to Heeros Bank, a Basic Salary permission at the Own Office level is sufficient. NOTE! This feature is not available for company-specific users. |
The user is an auditor, needs to see all vouchers, but may want to restrict the visibility of documents | Establish a user with basic user rights for the archive and request additional auditor rights from Heeros Application Support (NOTE! If there is a need to drill down to a voucher in the archived main or journal, Basic user rights for Purchase Invoices are also required) |
Auditor Rights
- Needs basic user rights to the desired company's archive so that the user only sees the invoices they have audited/approved and the documents to which their rights are not restricted.
- Special auditor rights are ordered from Application Support, which allow the user to see all vouchers in the archive, but the visibility of documents can still be restricted.
- If the user needs to drill down to a voucher in the archived main or journal, Basic user rights for Purchase Invoices are also required.
