Record log and Record errors views
The Record Log view displays all incomes register notifications. The view will log all data sent to the incomes register starting from February 1, 2019, from the most recent to the oldest. The status of the data does not change in this view, even if notifications within it have been later replaced or revoked.
The status of the notifications in the Record Log view can be:
- Accepted: All notifications in the material have been successfully recorded in the incomes register
- Declined: One or more notifications contained in the material have been rejected in the incomes register
- Sent: The material has been sent to the incomes register, but the incomes register has not yet processed the material
Record errors view displays materials that contain rejected notifications. Both views have the following columns:
- The pink square in front of the data row indicates how many erroneous reports are in the data. The Count column shows how many reports the data has contained in total.
- The Timestamp column shows when the data was generated in the source system (eSalaries or Purchase Invoices).
- The Business ID indicates whose income data has been reported.
- The Delivery Data Type is an earnings payment report, employer's separate report, or cancellations of these.
- The Id is the reference of the data that has been generated in Heeros. Report-specific references can be viewed in the Details view of the data.
- The Period column shows the dates of the payroll period.
From the menu at the top of the page, you can filter to display reports for a specific company. All column headers are also for filtering or search criteria. You can filter or search depending on the field by clicking the field below the column header.
Note! Notifications in the Approved status of the material on the Record errors view do not need to be resubmitted to the incomes register, even if the rejected notifications are corrected.

Functions of the Details View
Move to approved
If you make a correction to the data outside of Heeroksen's source program (eSalaries), you can mark the data as manually corrected. After this, the data will be removed from the Record errors view. The action will log a timestamp and the user's username to the data.
Open in eSalaries/Purchase Invoices -the view displays the data at a high level. The content of the notification is fully visible in the source system, i.e., in eSalaries or Purchase Invoices, which can be accessed via the Open in eSalaries/Purchase Invoices button.
Open file. To resolve issues, it is possible to download the XML-formatted data sent to the incomes register. The data can also be stored as is in the incomes register's upload service.
Certificate Service
Incomes Register view also allows you to access the Certificate Service view, where you can request the certificate required for incomes register notifications and check the valid certificates.
