Account Management view allows you to view all bank accounts saved in Heeros Menu or Purchase Invoices and make up-to-date balance and transaction inquiries provided by domestic banks for these accounts.
Note! Balance and transaction inquiries require an agreement with the bank, and the bank may charge a service fee for the inquiries. Read more about bank agreements here.
Account Management view lists all bank accounts saved in Heeros Menu or Purchase Invoices. If a bank account has been saved in the Purchase Invoices settings and a bank statement is received for the account, you will automatically see the previous bank statement balance in the Balance query column.
- The blue Balance query button retrieves the current account balance from the bank. The inquiry updates the balance of the bank account displayed. The balance date is updated according to the balance inquiry made. The balance inquiry provides the accounting balance at the time of the inquiry, the available balance, and any possible limit on the account.
- The orange Transaction query button retrieves the current transaction inquiry from the bank. The transaction inquiry also updates the balance information of the bank account as well as the balance date. The retrieved transaction inquiry can be opened by clicking on the desired account row, allowing you to view the transactions of the bank account. The transaction inquiry retrieves transactions recorded on the account from the beginning of the posting date to the time of the inquiry during the current posting date, as well as the accounting balance at the time of the inquiry, the available balance, and any possible limit.
