Editing a Payment Template
Payment templates can be created for cash payments. When creating a new cash payment, the information can be retrieved from a payment template.
Creating a Payment Template
A new payment template is created at the same time as a new cash payment is made. The payment template saves both the recipient's and the payer's name and bank account, reference or message, and amount, as well as the payer's payment identifier. Before the cash payment is made, a name is given to the payment template during the Payment Confirmation phase.
The payment template is saved when the cash payment is processed using the Pay button.
The bank's payment identifier is also saved to the payment template, allowing the template to be used in situations where the customer does not have access to Purchase Invoices and the stored payment identifier there.
Using a Payment Template
The previously saved payment template is selected first during the Recipient Information phase when starting to make a cash payment.
The payment template automatically suggests both the recipient's and the payer's name and bank account, reference or message, and amount, as well as the payer's payment identifier. The due date is always suggested as the current day. If necessary, the suggested information can still be changed. The cash payment created using the payment template is paid normally.
Editing a Payment Template
A previously created payment template can be edited. Editing is done by starting a cash payment and selecting the desired payment template.
The payment template automatically suggests both the recipient's and the payer's name and bank account, reference or message, and amount, as well as the payer's payment identifier in the background. If you change any information, you can save the change to the payment template by selecting Update this payment template during the Payment Confirmation phase.
Changes are saved to the payment template during the Pay operation.
