The Accounting Office Dashboard is a summary view for main users of companies and tasks that are awaiting action in the companies.
You can navigate to the Menu from the Accounting Office Dashboard by clicking the Menu icon in the upper right corner.
The following information is displayed on the Accounting Office Dashboard:
End customer - The column displays the names of all customers created in the Menu. Customers can be sorted alphabetically in ascending or descending order by clicking the column header. By clicking on a customer's name, you can navigate to that customer's Dashboard.
End customer code - The column displays the numbers of all customers created in the Menu. Customers can be sorted by number in ascending or descending order by clicking the column header. By clicking on a customer's number, you can navigate to that customer's Dashboard.
New purchase Invoices - The column indicates the new purchase invoices that have arrived in Purchase Invoices, which are not directly assigned to anyone. By clicking the column header, you can list the companies in order of the number of new invoices. By clicking the number bubble, you can directly navigate to that company's Approval pending view, where the new invoices are located.
Own purchase Invoices - The column indicates the number of invoices in the logged-in user's Purchase Invoices My Invoices view. By clicking the column header, you can list the companies in order of the number of their own invoices. By clicking the number bubble, you can directly navigate to that company's My Invoices view, where the invoices assigned to the user are displayed.
Completed purchase invoices - The column indicates the number of approved but not yet transferred invoices in Purchase Invoices. By clicking the column header, you can list the companies in order of the number of untransferred invoices. By clicking the number bubble, you can directly navigate to that company's To be transferred view, where the untransferred invoices are displayed.
Purchase invoices in workflow - The column indicates the number of invoices in Approval pending view of Purchase Invoices. By clicking the column header, you can list the companies in order of the number of invoices in circulation. By clicking the number bubble, you can directly navigate to that company's Approval pending view, where the invoices in circulation are displayed.
Completed sales invoices - The column indicates the number of sales invoices in Completed status in Sales Invoices. By clicking the column header, you can list the companies in order of the number of Completed invoices.
Invoice missing summary - The column indicates the number of unallocated reference payments in Sales Invoices. By clicking the column header, you can list the companies in order of the number of unallocated references.
Draft sales invoices - The column indicates the number of sales invoices in Incomplete status in Sales Invoices. By clicking the column header, you can list the companies in order of the number of In Progress invoices.
Error sales invoices - The column indicates the number of invoices that have remained in error state during the validation of sending Sales Invoices. By clicking the column header, you can list the companies in order of the number of invoices with errors.
Incomes Register failed - The column displays the number of erroneous income register reports. By clicking the column header, you can list the companies in order of the number of erroneous reports. By clicking the number bubble, you can directly navigate to the Record errors view of the Income Register section.
