The reports needed for the financial statement include the income statement and balance sheet, used accounts, balance sheet specifications, financial statement, and tax forms.
Income statement and Balance sheet
Accounting reports can be printed from either the Events – Open, Events – Private, or Events – All views. There are several different templates available for the income statement and balance sheet, from which the most suitable one can be selected, e.g., Official reports. You can read more about accounting reports here.
If necessary, you can also create your own reports. Read more about modifying reports here.
Used accounts
The Used accounts report can be printed from the accounting reports. The printing period is selected as the entire financial year.
The report will print all accounts that have had entries recorded during the financial year.
Balance sheet specifications
The Balance sheet specifications can be printed from the accounting. The settings related to the balance sheet details and the printing of the balance sheet details are covered here.
Financial statement
The program can generate a Financial Statement. There is separate guidance available for the financial statement here.
Tax forms
The program provides various tax forms. The available forms are automatically updated in the program when the tax authority publishes them.
Tax forms are generated in the Reports – Income tax returns view.
