Column specifications define how many columns are printed on the report and what information is displayed in each column. Column definitions are maintained in the view Reports – Settings – Column Specifications.
Creating a new column definition can be started either by clicking the New button or by copying an existing column definition as a basis for the new one using the Copy button.
Name - A descriptive name is given to the column specification.
Select which information you want to be printed in which column. Each column selection will print the following information:
1 Period - information for the selected reporting period
2 Year - information for the current financial year up to the reporting period
3 Previous period - corresponding period of the previous financial year
4 Previous year - information for the previous financial year up to the corresponding period of the previous financial year
6 Budget period - budget for the selected reporting period
7 Budget year - budget for the current financial year up to the reporting period
8 Total budget - the selected budget in its entirety
16 Difference - the difference between the two preceding columns
18 Turnover % - the share of the previous column's total in revenue. Note! In row definitions, the revenue row must also be defined as a Revenue type.
19 Difference % - the percentage difference between the two preceding columns
20 Previous financial year - all information for the previous financial year
21 Actual
22 Opening balance - the first day of the selected period in the title and opening balances
23 Period change - balance change that occurred within the defined range
