In this section, we will go through how to create your own report templates for the income statement, balance sheet, and financial statements. Modifying the reports and their row and column specifications is only possible with the main user rights at the Own Office level in accounting.
Operating principles
It is possible to create your own report templates for the income statement, balance sheet, and financial statements if necessary. By default, all reports are available to all companies in the same Menu. If needed, the report can also be defined as company-specific (in which case it can only be selected during printing for that specific company).
Modifying the reports and their row and column specifications is only possible with the main user rights at the Own Office level in accounting.
Note! Although reports are modified through one company, the reports are always common to all companies, meaning that changes made to the reports affect all companies. If you want to create your own reports, it is advisable to copy the data from an existing report as a basis for the new report and leave the original unchanged.
Report template
Each report consists of row and column specifications. New row and column specifications can be created as needed. The report template specifies, among other things, which row and column specifications are used for that report.
A new report template is created in the view Reports – Settings – Reports, by clicking the New button or alternatively by copying an existing report as a new template using the Copy button.
Note. Reports – Settings is only visible to main users at the Own Office level.
The report is given a descriptive Name and the Type is selected based on whether it is an Income statement or Balance sheet.
If a Enterprise no. is assigned to the report, that report is only available for that specific company; it will not appear in the selection list for other companies during printing. The company number is given without zeros in front. The company number is the internal customer number of the company, which is visible in the Menu:

Select the appropriate Line confiuration and Extra tabs. The same row and column specifications can be used in different reports. If there is no suitable row and/or column specification available, new specifications can be created as needed.
It is advisable to start creating a new report by selecting a similar existing report and utilizing its row and column specifications.
