The balance sheet specification can be printed like other reports. The balance sheet specification is printed based on the desired account-specific balance sheet report. Before printing, the necessary settings must be made for the balance sheet accounts, and a separate voucher type must be established for recording depreciations.
Implementation
The balance sheet detail requires settings for the balance sheet accounts, and a separate voucher type must be established for recording depreciations.

Printing the balance sheet specification
The balance sheet detail is printed using the Transactions – Open- or Transactions – Own view's Reports button.
Type of report - The balance sheet detail can be printed by selecting the report type as Balance sheet specification. All balance sheet templates can be selected as the basis for the balance sheet detail. The balance sheet report must be account-specific (not account group) to ensure the detail is also account-specific.
Language - The balance sheet detail can be printed in Finnish, Swedish, or English by selecting the appropriate language from the Language dropdown menu.
Scope - The desired accounting period is selected as the printing period. The program always uses the official style for the report's printing style, regardless of the user's selection.
Printing - The balance sheet specification can be printed to the screen using the html button. The pdf button provides a printable and savable version. The balance sheet detail can also be printed using the csv button and further processed, for example, in Excel.
If it is noticed during printing that the balance sheet detail definition for a certain account is incorrect, the account's settings can be changed, and the balance sheet detail can be printed again. The program checks the account settings related to the balance sheet detail at the time of printing.
