Heeros Accounting views have a toolbar that allows for various basic functions.
Buttons from left to right:
Periodicity button allows you to periodize accounting transactions for the desired time frame.
Edit button allows you to correct an already entered and saved accounting entry.
Delete button can be used to remove the selected accounting entry. This action does not delete the entire document at once, only the selected lines.
Copy function allows you to copy the selected entry or document to the same or a new document number, or you can copy the selected document multiple times for the following months.
Split button allows you to split the selected entry into multiple entry lines.
Attach button allows you to add an attachment to the accounting transaction from your disk or eReceipt archive, if the eReceipt archive is in use.
Add entry after selected row button allows you to add a new entry line to an already entered voucher at the desired position.
VAT button allows you to determine the value-added tax according to the length of the tax period and print the tax calculation report.
Reports button allows you to print accounting reports (journal and ledger, income statement, balance sheet, and invoice ledger reports).
Handle entries button allows you to search for vouchers with differences, renumber multiple transactions at once, recalculate VAT on transactions, change voucher dates for multiple documents at once, and initiate the execution of automatic entries.
Export entries button allows you to export transactions from Heeros Accounting to another system.
Import entries button allows you to import transactions into Heeros Accounting from another system. A similar button can also be found in the Accounts view, where accounts can be imported from a csv file.
CSV export button allows you to create an Excel file from the view's data. The Excel file can be saved and printed if necessary. The Excel file can be used, for example, for transferring data to another system. This function also provides the chart of accounts in Excel.
Selecting columns button allows you to customize the Accounting views with the information you need. The column selections made by the user are always visible/available by default for that individual.
Selecting input fields button allows you to select the fields visible in the transaction input. For example, you can add the invoice number field to the input, allowing you to provide the original invoice number as additional information for the entry.
Search fields button reveals the filtering fields located below the column headers and hides them by clicking the button again.
Input field deletion button clears the input fields if the entry input is in progress (it has not yet been saved). This can be useful, for example, when you have entered edit mode for the entry but do not want to edit that entry.
Resetting of columns button clears the search functions or removes the filters applied by the user to the view, resetting to default selections (showing all data).
