You can contact your Heeros contact person directly or order it through the contact form. After contacting us, we will get in touch with you to arrange the implementation.
Please note that using Heeros Bank requires agreements with banks and the user rights provided in Menu's user management.
Implementing Heeros Bank does not cause any interruption in Heeros services, and all applications in our product family can be used on the day of implementation. Once Heeros Bank has been added to the Heeros product family and Heeros application support has activated it in Menu, you can add the Bank to the customer company.
If the Bank has already been implemented in Menu, an own office-level user can add the Bank function to the customer by selecting the customer and then the Bank button. If the function does not immediately appear in the customer's top bar, clear the cache and log in to Heeros again. Heeros Bank will be available a few hours after the activation. The Bank can be enabled or disabled using the same button.
To access the Bank, log in to the service and click on the Bank option in the top menu of the page.
