We offer our customers receipt and document archiving service.
Customers have the right to request the data to be saved to a cloud service or external media (USB drive). Through the cloud service, customers can directly download the data to their own workstation. The data may be returned to the customer by Heeros in the following cases:
- when the customer relationship ends
- when the end customer of the accounting office terminates their customer relationship with the accounting office
- when the storage period required by the Accounting Act is completed
The storage is done by Heeros. In such cases, Heeros will deliver the data in the agreed manner and invoice the cost according to the price list, including any material and postage costs. For the delivery of multiple companies at once, we will provide a separate offer.
Please note that Heeros is not responsible for storing the data after the end of the customer relationship or after fulfilling the end customer's request for deletion. Generally, data can still be retrieved from long-term backups, but the costs of investigation and recovery work will be charged.
A separate media transfer is usually not required for auditors. Auditors can be provided with their own access rights to the archive.
