The most common way to send sales invoices is as e-invoices. The invoice is delivered electronically if an e-invoice address has been entered in the customer's details. Otherwise, the invoice goes to a print service. Invoices sent are automatically archived every few hours in the Finago Modular Archive, an electronic archive. Archived invoices have a PDF image of the invoice, which is a visual copy of the invoice that has been sent to the customer.
Archived invoices are processed in the Sales Ledger-Sales Invoice's own sales ledger, from where they are transferred with their payments either to Finago Modular Accounting or to an external accounting software.
