The invoice row search can be used when the search is targeted to an account or cost center, or other accounting object, such as a project. If in the Purchase Invoice settings (Settings - General - Postings) a Free accounting object (1-12) is defined, the line search for purchase invoices in the Archive.
In line search, the total amount (gross) of the accounting lines is searched for the specific object. Line search can be utilized, for example, when wanting to know how much has been recorded as expenses (e.g., advertising expenses) for a specific cost center within a certain period.

The example shows a search for all accounting lines containing account 4290:
In the search results at the bottom of the screen, it shows how many lines were found and what is the total amount (gross) of the lines. The supplier's name is a link to the invoice details and image. The account number and name are links to the respective accounting line in the Archive.
The search result can be printed using the Print button.
The search result can be exported to Excel by selecting the entire search result, copying the selection with the Ctrl+C key combination, and pasting the search result in Excel with the Ctrl+V key combination.
The search result is closed with the Close button. A closed search result can be brought back to view from the bottom of the screen.
