Document additional information - On the Document additional information tab, you can edit the reading and editing rights of the document. It is important to note that by default, all users, both Archive administrators and basic users, have access to all documents. If you want to restrict rights, it must be done separately.
Rights are given to those users who are supposed to see the document in question. Note! If no user has been specifically defined with reading or editing rights, all users in the list will have access to the document.
However, it is important to note that nothing can be restricted from the Archive administrator, so even if no rights are given to the administrator, they will still be able to see all documents in the Archive. Only the Archive basic user can restrict documents from being visible in the Archive.
To change the rights for a previously saved document, first enter editing mode by clicking the Edit button.
