You can customize your own document classification in the Database Archive Template, which can be copied for use by newly established companies. The Database Archive Template includes a default document classification edited by Heeros, which is copied to all new customers during the establishment process. This document classification can be modified by yourself.
Modifying the Sample Archive Template
- Click on the Archive Template in the left navigation bar of the Menu to open Heeros Archive default.
- Edit the document classification to your liking
- Save the information.

After saving the information, the sample template is available. When you create a new company using the New customer button in the Menu, you can choose whether to use the document classification of the established Archive (Heeros Archive Default) or alternatively the classification of another company (selection from the dropdown menu).
