The archive is divided into receipt and document archives.
Invoice Archive
The invoice archive contains accounting receipts, travel, purchase, and sales invoices, as well as bank statements. Bank statements are processed only if the Purchase Invoices accounts payable is in use.
Documents
Various documents and their attachments can be archived in the document section. Users can create their own main and subcategories for documents, and they can be stored in different formats (e.g., excel, pdf, word).
