The process of creating a new customer is started by clicking the New client button in the Menu.
On the new client creation start page, there are four subheadings for customers at different stages of creation.
The Create new button starts the creation of a completely new client.
Draft status shows those clients that have been started but not yet completed. The client's information may be missing necessary details or setting choices. The creation of these clients can be continued by opening the Draft view and selecting the client whose creation you want to continue. A client in Draft status can also be deleted if you decide not to complete its creation.
Pending at Heeros status shows those clients whose creation has been completed and who have been transferred to the system for processing and creation. Once the creation of a new client is finished, the client moves to Ready status, and an email is sent to the user upon completion.
Failed status shows the customers whose creation has encountered an error. These will be processed by Heeros.
Ready status includes those clients whose database creation and records as well as settings have been completed. These clients will be managed through the Menu and application-specific settings.
