Why doesn't the rejected column of the income register failed appear on the company dashboard?

Problem

The failed column of the income register does not appear on the company dashboard.

Solution

The failed column of the income register will only appear if Finland is selected as the country in the Finago Modular Menu.

1. Go to Finago Modular Menu

2. Click on General settings from the left side menu

   

3. Select Finland (FI) from the (General - Finago Modular) Country dropdown list
4. Save
