It is possible for a company sending sales invoices to add a logo to the top left corner of the invoice, replacing the company name. E-invoices are always transmitted to customers with color visualization, while paper invoices are transmitted in black and white (logo + text). Adding a logo incurs a cost, and the price can be inquired from Heeros application support.
- The customer creates the logo file according to the given specifications.
- The customer sends the logo to be added to the sales invoice to Heeros application support at tuki@heeros.com. Note! The logo must be sent as a file attachment, not embedded in the text. When placing the order, the customer must specify the business ID and the name of the customer for whom the logo is desired.
- Heeros orders a proof of the logo and sends it to the customer for approval.
- The customer either approves it or makes the necessary changes to the logo file (e.g., resizing the logo), and then sends a new file for the proof.
- When the customer approves the proof, the logo is put into production.
- Heeros notifies the customer when the logo is in production. The logo will start appearing in the next sales invoice created by the customer.
