The user rights granted in the browser version of Heeros services also work almost the same way in the mobile version. However, the exception is that in the mobile version, the main user can only see travel and purchase invoices as well as eReceipts assigned to their own name, not all users' invoices.
The user rights of the eReceipt archive follow the Archive user rights. In addition, for the travel expense user to see their own invoices in mobile, it is necessary that in the general settings of Purchase Invoices in the browser, it is defined that the travel expense creator always has the right to read their own invoice (Settings - General - Permissions). Without this setting, the travel expense creator cannot track the progress of their invoice in the approval process.
Mobile app users should also consider securing their phones with either a security code or screen lock. This way, unauthorized individuals will not be able to access company applications.
Purchase Invoices
The user must have at least basic user rights to Heeros Purchase Invoices. In this case, the user can only see purchase invoices that have been circulated to them for inspection or approval.
If the user also has main user rights to Heeros Purchase Invoices and the right to purchase invoice ledger, the user can also pay purchase invoices in Mobile.
eReceipt
The eReceipt user rights follow the Archive usage rights. In mobile, both basic and main users can only see their own eReceipts and can create new eReceipts.
Travel Invoices
The user must have at least basic user rights to Heeros Purchase and Travel Invoices in order to create travel expenses and view their own previous travel invoices.
Additionally, both main and basic users can see travel expenses in the mobile application that have been circulated to them for approval.
Sales Invoices
The user must have at least basic user rights to Heeros Sales Invoices in order to view sales invoices in the mobile application. Creating sales invoices is allowed for users who have been specifically granted permission for it in the settings.
