Create an invoice from the expenses to Purchase Invoices with eReceipt

Using the following instructions, you can create a purchase invoice for your company in Heeros Purchase Invoices for products or services bought with your own money.

1. Download Heeros Mobile application from the application store
   1. iPhone - App Store
   2. Android - Play Store
2. Log in with your Heeros username and password
3. Select eReceipt
4. Create a new eReceipt by pressing + or New eReceipt button. Only photo is required.
5. Go to the eReceipt in  browser (eReceipt in the navigation bar at the top)
6. Click + button and select ​Create expense claim
   
7. ​Select eReceipts and click next
8. Select yourself as a supplier and click next
9. Check invoice information and send the invoice to Purchase Invoices by clicking create
