How to handle company credit card receipts

You can easily process the credit card receipts with Heeros eReceipt.

Company credit card user

1. Make sure that you have rights to use Heeros Mobile application from your accounting company or financial manager
2. Upload Heeros Mobile application from the App store / Play store. Search "Heeros"
3. Log in to the application with your Heeros user name and password
4. Go to the eReceipt tab and start to save the receipt by clicking + (iPhone) or New receipt (Android) -button
5. Take a photo or select the receipt from the gallery
6. Add receipt information or click immediately "Save"

Credit card invoice handler

1. Open the credit card invoice in Purchase Invoices
2. Click "Add eReceipts" button
3. Sort the view to find eReceipt easily for example by selecting the creator or clicking the payment type title
4. Select eReceipts. At the top of the view you can find the total amount and number of the selected eReceipts
5. Click "Attach"
6. You can find the eReceipts in the attachments of the invoice
7. Open the saved eReceipts by clicking the attachment name and make postings
