Unfortunately, a solution to the problems has not yet been found. The issues are still manifesting as slowness in the use of Heeros Accounting.
Notice published on 2nd October 2025 at 10:15: We have observed connection issues on the afternoon of 1st October 2025, which may prevent the use of some Heeros applications. In particular, the problem is evident in Heeros Accounting as a timeout.
The situation is under investigation, and we are working to get a fix as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We will update information on the progress of the situation on this notice in the Help Center.
