We will carry out maintenance work on all our financial management software and on all servers on 25 Feb 2026. The maintenance work will cause a brief service interruption (approx. 15 minutes), during which all Heeros financial management applications will be unavailable.
The service interruption does not directly affect the Heeros PSA, eSalaries and HR applications, but their interfaces to Heeros financial management applications will be unavailable.

Impacts of the service interruption:
- The interfaces of Heeros financial management applications will not be available during the weekend.
- For example, the connection from eSalaries to Heeros Bank or from an external system to Heeros Sales Invoices will not work.
- Requests to return Sales Invoices to the Ready status will be queued for the weekend and will be processed during Monday.
- On Monday, some received purchase invoices in the Heeros Purchase Invoices Interpretation and accounting assignment application may be in the Transfer failed status due to the service interruption. These transfers will be automatically retried by Heeros during Monday.
Actions required from customers
Please complete Sales Invoices sending, due payment transfers, etc.—any tasks that are critical for your operations—well in advance of the interruption, preferably on the previous business day.
We recommend clearing the browser cache on Thursday morning.
