This service release applies only to those customers who send or receive material from/to an external program via the ANI Webservice or ANI WebTransfer gw.anionline.com connection managed by the OpenText operator. If you do not use this service (for example, only Heeros programs are in use), no action is needed. If you are unsure whether the connection is in use, please forward this information to your IT support, who can verify the matter.

Expiring certificate information:
Certificate name: gw.anionline.com

Serial number: 12165E24B99154C061117E478BBF2BAF
Actions required from customers using the ANI Webservice or ANI WebTransfer service
Customers must check whether the ANI Webservice or ANI WebTransfer connection is being used through gw.anionline.com and if so, whether the system automatically changes the certificate or if the certificates need to be installed manually.
So if the setting is not ’accept all server certificates’, the certificate must be updated manually on May 27th. Failing to install the new certificate during this time may result in connection issues.
After the certificate renewal window, customers must ensure the processing of transactions and resend any missing transactions.
