Heeros is renewing the foundation upon which Heeros' programs are built.
The first visible change is a new top navigation bar shared across all Heeros applications.
The navigation bar displays links to Purchase Invoices - capture and posting, Incomes register view, Link, Menu, and Onboarding (Create new company). Below these, the Company list opens up.
In the view, you can navigate to the desired company either by selecting the company from the list or by starting to type the company's name in the dropdown menu. Similarly, after selecting a company, you can switch to another company.
Settings
Once the desired company is selected, the company's Homepage opens, and the applications used by the company are displayed in the navigation bar. If eSalaries is in use, it will also be visible in the navigation bar. Additionally, the navigation bar shows Settings, from which you can manage the common settings of the selected company. Note! For now, the settings only affect Finago Modular Accounting and Purchase Invoices settings. In the future, this information will also be transferred to other applications, so that, for example, the chart of accounts only needs to be maintained in one place.
Tools
Through the Tools menu, you can navigate to the Company List, Purchase Invoices capture and posting, Incomes register view, Link, Menu, or Onboarding.
