Why can't I view all eReceipts in the eReceipt archive?

This only applies to the Old eReceipts application.

The eReceipt archive automatically shows eReceipts only from the last year. All eReceipts older than a year are excluded from the archive view.  

The eReceipts have not disappeared from the archive but are only hidden from the view since the archive only shows receipts that date maximum on year back from the current date. For example, if the current date is 20.5.2017, the archive view shows only receipts submitted between 20.5.2016 and 20.5.2017.

You are able to adjust the archive in the following way to view all the eReceipts:

1. Click More search options in the archive view
2. Click the Calendar option in the Submit date field
3. Click Clear and then Done
