Kela has provided instructions for e-invoicing to rehabilitation service providers.
XML Message Definition
The images below show the correspondence between the XML fields defined in Kela's instructions and the fields in Heeros Sales Invoices.
The invoice number and reference number cannot be edited by the user on the invoice. These fields are automatically completed according to the Sales Invoice counters and settings when the invoice is saved in Ready status, sent, or transferred to the archive/accounts receivable.
The recipient's Business ID (1) Name (2) are retrieved for the XML message from the Customer register - Basic Information tab.
The invoicer's company name (3), business ID (4), and email address (5) are retrieved from the Sales Invoices Settings - General - Company Information tab.
If the service provider's business ID (6) needs to be included in the invoice, it should be added to the Seller's reference field on the invoice form.
Adding a PDF Attachment
The customer creates the PDF attachment required by Kela and adds it to the sales invoice so that the procedure-specific rehabilitation information is included in the e-invoice.
- Only PDF files can be attached to the invoice.
- The total size of all attachments on a single invoice must not exceed 2 MB.
