Adding Attachment to eReceipt
Receipt Information
eReceipt Action Buttons
Start creating a new eReceipt by selecting the New eReceipt button.
Adding Attachment to eReceipt
Next, choose the receipt image for the eReceipt by dragging it into the attachment box or clicking on the text Upload attachment. The image for the eReceipt is mandatory.

You can import multiple images/files for the eReceipt at once or separately. A maximum of 10 files can be added to one eReceipt.

Supported file formats are: JPEG, PNG, and PDF.

The attachment size must be no more than 10MB per file.
Once the necessary files are attached to the eReceipt, complete the receipt details with the purchase date, supplier, amount, currency, payment method, receipt owner, and additional details related to the receipt.
Receipt Information
Fill in the information for the eReceipt.
Purchase Date
By tapping the calendar icon in the Purchase Date field, a calendar will appear where you can select the date (day, month, year) of the purchase. You can navigate the calendar view using the keyboard arrow keys, and when the desired date is selected, click the ENTER key. The program automatically suggests the current date to the user.
Supplier
Enter the name of the supplier in this field.
Amount
Enter the amount of the purchase in this field.
Currency
The program automatically suggests EUR currency. You can change the currency for the purchase from the dropdown list.
Payment Method
Choose the payment method for the purchase from the list. Options include:
- Personal bank or credit card
- Company's bank or credit card
- Cash
- Invoice
- Bank transfer
- Other receipt
Owner of receipt
Enter the name of the receipt owner in this field.
Desciption
Enter additional details related to the receipt in this field, such as a cost center number or the name of individuals/event.

Receipt Function Buttons
At the bottom of the eReceipt, you will find action buttons. Before saving the eReceipt, you can choose from the Cancel and Save buttons. The Delete, PDF, and Mark as Handled buttons appear after the first save of the eReceipt.
Cancel function closes the eReceipt without saving the information.
Save button saves the eReceipt, and the eReceipt remains open for viewing.
Delete function completely removes the eReceipt.
Through the PDF button, you can open the eReceipt image and additional details in PDF format.
Mark as Handled button moves the eReceipt to the Handled eReceipts tab.
