In order for sales invoices to be archived, the invoicing party's EDI ID must be added to the Menu, which will be used to route the invoices to the Archive.
Non-archived invoices
If the invoices have not been archived, they can be sent to the Archive on the Heeros Link page, after the EDI ID has been added to the Menu.
- Open Heeros Link
- Go to the Sales Invoices - Waiting for archiving view
- Select the invoicer's invoices in the view. Transfer only the sales invoices of one invoicer at a time.
- Click the Process waiting archive invoices button
- Select the customer from the pop-up window to which the archive copies of the sales invoices will be archived
- You can also use the window's search function (magnifying glass field) to select the archive
- Click the Select button.
After the selection, you will receive a notification on the screen that the archive copies have been transferred for archiving. The invoices will be transferred from the Sales Invoices - Incomplete view to the selected archive within an hour.
A report is generated from the archive definition in the Reports - Transfer Reports view, where it can also be reviewed afterwards.
Archive copies of sales invoices archived from Heeros Link cannot be restored back to Heeros Link after archiving. If the wrong archive is selected when archiving, please contact Heeros Application Support to correct the issue.
