Related to upcoming features, we have made some updates to our login background systems in the evening of June 19. Although no changes have been made to the customers' user interface at this point, the update has caused some customers to have problems logging into the application.
If logging in to the applications is not successful, users can change their password with the Forgot password? function found on the login page. Please note that password reset is not possible with an e-mail address but with a username. Further instructions here: Changing password
