Customer can order a copy of the materials in the Archive through a service request. Archive materials can also be ordered via Deletion request form. The materials can be delivered either by mail on a USB stick or it can be copied by Finago to a cloud service (OneDrive), from which the customer downloads the material to their own workstation.
The content of the USB stick is protected with a password before mailing, and the password is sent to the requester via email. If the material is ordered on a USB stick, in addition to the material saving work, USB stick and mailing costs of €20 will be charged.
Document saving is billable work. The price is determined based on the amount of files in the Archive.
Workload:

Less than 250 files = 0.5h
250-10,000 files = 1h
10,000-50,000 files = 2h
Over 50,000 files by agreement
How do I check the number of files in the Archive?
In the document and invoice Archive, the number of files can be checked from the brackets following the folder name.
