The Main User's name can be changed by another Own Office level Main User in the User Management menu.
If necessary, you can contact Heeros application support using the service request form. In your message, please provide the user's old name, new name, and email address.
Basic User:
The name change for a Basic User cannot be done by yourself and must be requested in writing from Heeros support using the service request form. In your message, please provide the user's old name, new name, and email address.
