If the bank statement has arrived in Finago Modular Link but not in Finago Modular Accounting, the following settings should be checked:
In Finago Modular Link, the setting "Send to bookkeeping" is defined (Settings - Settings):
In the Heeros Menu, the bank account is saved in IBAN format in the company's information (Edit - Bank Accounts):
In Finago Modular Accounting, the bank account is established in machine-readable BBAN format (14 digits long and written together), from which the program generates the IBAN account number in the IBAN field. Also, the TiTo receipt type and Tito ledger account must also be defined. (Settings - Bank Accounts). Read more about establishing a bank account here.
In Finago Modular Accounting, the Automatic TiTo selection is defined. Here, either manual (recommended) or automatic must be selected. ( Settings - General - Accounting Settings)
If necessary, the user can manually send the bank statements received in Finago Modular Link to Finago Modular Accounting. More information about this function can be read here.
