Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer have set tighter limits on the use of pop-up windows. When using, for example, the PDF or Excel buttons in Finago Modular Purchase Invoices for the first time, the browser may block the function. In this case, you must allow pop-up windows to open in your browser settings.
An error notification will appear at the top of the Finago Modular application when the website is blocked. The following text will appear on a yellow field: Firefox prevented this site from opening (x) pop-up windows.
- Click on the Options button at the end of the yellow field
- Select Allow/Block pop-ups for this site: zeusx..
- After allowing the use of pop-up windows, you can resume the interrupted function
- In the future, PDF pop-up windows will be allowed (open without separate acceptance) and this selection will no longer be required.
